Welcome!
In 1989 NHCOSH was established as a non-profit 501(c) (3) statewide organization, which helps unions; individuals and communities with developing safer working conditions. Members include local unions, labor councils, community groups, health and safety activists, and health professionals. Our financial support comes from members' dues, union contributions, grants and fundraising events.
We are also a resource center with useful information on a wide range of topics including workers safety, workers rights, ergonomics, workers compensation, environmental health, workers injuries, workplace hazards and many others. We also have information on health and safety committees and contract language.
